Books That Talk Back: Online Conversations with Salem Athenaeum
This new online conversation series hosted by Stephanie Buck and Diane Stern, (2019 Salem Literary Festival co-chairs), will feature live conversation with thoughtful readers about books that changed their lives. The discussion may feature books from any genre or era, books that altered the reader's perspective and experience of the world, books that talk back. We are excited to announce that our first guest will be best-selling author Brunonia Barry.

By sharing the books that "speak to us," we can continue to share in a community of readers that has flourished at the Salem Athenaeum through centuries of both success and adversity.
