Option 1: General Admission.This options allows you participate in all Group Activities throughout the day. Which include; restorative yoga, healing sound bath, movement/stretch class, educational mental & physical health workshops, creative mindfulness, breakfast & lunch.Option 2: All Inclusive.Our all inclusive package includes everything from option 1 and allows you to experience a more personalized 1:1 experience. That includes chair massages, the energetic touch of Reiki healing, and a tarot reading that helps you explore the mysteries of your inner self, gain insight on questions you have and guidance. This retreat also includes a light breakfast and lunch, thoughtfully crafted to nourish you throughout the day. Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions upon registration to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. Oh & don't forget the swag bags.
