I'm a registered dietitian with over 14 years of experience helping people figure out what it means to eat healthy in a sustainable way. I've realized that no one really teaches any of us how to eat. We're all bombarded with nutrition and wellness messaging, whether we want it or not, and yet, we all remain really confused and overwhelmed when it comes to how to feed ourselves. My mission in my private counseling practice, Jasmin Nutrition, LLC, and my Patreon site, Skeletons in My Kitchen is to help people uncomplicate food and find ease, laughter, and joy in cooking and eating. As someone who used to be a picky eater, and who has come to cooking skills later in life, I want everyone to know it doesn't have to be hard, or tasteless to eat for your health.
